With shows like The Walking Dead or movies like Warm Bodies, zombies clearly have a spot center stage in pop culture. In Zombie Dice, players get to have a chance at snacking on some brains. Players take on the role of a zombie and have to roll dice to find if their victim runs off, becomes lunch, or fights back. Rack up brains as points at the risk of losing it all in rolling three shotgun blasts. The player with the most brains at the end of the game wins!
One of the options that players can roll is that the victim blasts them with a shotgun. On the dice, it is portrayed as just a blast, but if your school or students would have a problem with that violence, then it’s something to be aware of. That’s it though when it comes to challenges. Zombie Dice is just honestly that easy and fun to play.
Math would be an ideal place for a game like Zombie Dice. The dice come in three levels of challenging difficulty with green being the easiest to earn points, yellow in the middle, and red being the toughest. Students could look at what the probability is in getting three shotgun blasts or in racking up more brains. The odds could even help them in deciding when to re-roll and when to keep their points.
With its easy-to-learn gameplay and quick rounds, Zombie Dice is a dice game that has all players moaning, “Braaaaaaaaains!”
